 At StarLink Installation.Net, we are dedicated to providing high-quality Starlink installation services for your home. While we strive for customer satisfaction, we understand that there may be times when a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds 

Refund requests are subject to approval by StarLink Installation.Net and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not automatically granted and will only be issued in specific circumstances, as determined by our team. Once the service has been completed, refunds are not typically provided unless exceptional circumstances apply.

2. Approval Process 

- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within [7] days of the installation date.

- Requests should be submitted via email to bookings@starlink-installation.net or through our online contact form.

- Refund eligibility will be determined based on the specific details of your installation and service.

- StarLink Installation.Net reserves the right to deny any refund request if the installation was completed as agreed and to our satisfaction.

3. Non-Refundable Items 

Certain fees, including but not limited to administrative costs, travel expenses, and third-party equipment (such as the Starlink kit), may not be refundable. These non-refundable fees will be outlined in the service agreement at the time of booking.

4. Conditions for Refund Approval 

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

- If the installation was not completed as agreed, or was significantly delayed due to fault on our part.

- If the service is found to be defective or incomplete, and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved.

- Any other reasonable circumstances, as determined by StarLink Installation.Net upon review of your request.

5. Refund Process 

- If your refund request is approved, StarLink Installation.Net will process the refund within 7 business days.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
