What does your Starlink installation service include?

 Our service includes a professional technician coming to your property to install your Starlink internet system. The technician will ensure that your Starlink equipment is properly set up, connected, and functioning optimally. This service is available across the entire USA. The $849 fee is a one-time charge for installation and setup only. 

Is the $849 fee the total cost for everything?

 The $849 is a one-time installation fee for our technician's time and expertise to install your Starlink system. Please note that this fee does not cover the cost of the Starlink equipment itself. You must already have purchased the necessary Starlink hardware (dish, router, etc.) before we come to install. Any additional equipment required for your setup, such as mounting poles or additional cables, will be charged separately. 

What equipment do I need to have before you arrive?

 

You need to have the following Starlink equipment, which can be purchased directly from Starlink:

  • Starlink Dish
  • Starlink Wi-Fi Router
  • Power Cable

If you're missing any of this equipment or need additional accessories like mounting hardware, we can assist you in acquiring them, but those will be billed separately.

What areas do you service?

 We cover all of the USA. No matter where you are located, our engineers can travel to your property to install your Starlink internet system. 

How long does the installation take?

 Typically, the installation takes about 2-3 hours, depending on the complexity of the setup and the location of your dish. Our technicians will ensure everything is properly aligned and connected before leaving. 

What if my property is difficult to access or has a challenging installation site?

 We handle a variety of installation scenarios, including roofs, poles, and other unique setups. However, if your installation site presents significant challenges, such as very steep terrain or difficult access points, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Extra charges may apply in some situations. 

Do I need to be home during the installation?

 Yes, we ask that you be present during the installation so that you can approve the setup location of your Starlink dish and any other aspects of the installation. The technician may also need to access power outlets and Wi-Fi settings, so your presence is important. 

Will I be able to use Starlink right away after installation?

 Our primary service is the installation of your Starlink equipment, but we can also help with purchasing additional mounting accessories, cables, or other necessary equipment for your setup, at an extra cost. If you need any upgrades or modifications after the installation, our team can provide support as well. 

How do I schedule an installation?

 You can schedule an installation by calling us directly or booking through our website. We’ll confirm your location and availability, then assign a technician to complete the installation on a date and time that works for you. 

Is there a warranty on the installation?

 While we do not provide a warranty on the Starlink equipment itself (since it's provided by Starlink), we do guarantee our installation work. If you experience any issues related to the installation, such as improper placement or setup, our team will return to address those concerns at no additional charge within 30 days. 

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my installation?

 We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your installation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a small fee.
